Hard-hitting dialogue with top international political and business leaders

Sabine Christiansen, Germany’s most watched and most important political television presenter, has joined CNBC Europe to produce and host a series of 12 new programmes that will be broadcast around the world on CNBC.

The new 60 minute programme, called Global Players with Sabine Christiansen, will consist of hard-hitting dialogue with top international political and business leaders. Each of these special programmes will be produced on location at key international events from around the world.

The programme will add a new dimension to CNBC’s coverage, increasing the depth of business analysis and understanding of the impact of geopolitical issues on the global economy.

Global Players with Sabine Christiansen will air worldwide on CNBC Europe, CNBC in the United States and CNBC Asia. The premiere air date for the new programme will be announced shortly.

Global Players with Sabine Christiansen will be produced and directed by TV21 and CNBC Europe.
